Firearms Sales Policy
Firearm Sales Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
ExecOpsNC Range & Field is a federally licensed firearms dealer operated by Eury Executive Services LLC. All firearm orders, shipments, and transfers are handled in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
By placing an order for a firearm through ExecOpsNC, the purchaser agrees to the terms below.
Legal Eligibility
The purchaser is responsible for confirming that they are legally eligible to purchase, receive, possess, and own the firearm being ordered.
By placing a firearm order, the purchaser confirms that:
They are the actual purchaser and intended recipient of the firearm.
They are not prohibited from purchasing, receiving, possessing, or owning firearms under federal, state, or local law.
They meet all applicable age and residency requirements.
The firearm is legal to own in their state and local jurisdiction.
The selected receiving dealer is willing and legally able to complete the transfer.
An order confirmation or payment acceptance does not establish that the purchaser is legally eligible to receive the firearm. Final transfer eligibility is determined by the receiving dealer after completion of all required paperwork, identification, background-check procedures, waiting periods, permits, and other legal requirements.
ExecOpsNC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order when completing the sale or shipment could violate applicable law, distributor requirements, manufacturer restrictions, payment-processing requirements, or company policy.
FFL Transfer Required
Firearms cannot be shipped directly to the purchaser. Every firearm must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License holder who will complete the transfer to the purchaser.
Before placing an order, the purchaser is responsible for selecting a receiving dealer and confirming that the dealer:
Will accept the firearm from ExecOpsNC.
Holds the appropriate Federal Firearms License.
Is legally able to receive and transfer the firearm to the purchaser.
Has not placed restrictions on the firearm, shipment method, or originating dealer.
The purchaser is also responsible for providing accurate dealer information, completing all required paperwork and background-check procedures, meeting any applicable permit, identification, residency, or waiting-period requirements, and paying all transfer fees or other charges imposed by the receiving dealer.
The receiving dealer is an independent business and is not an employee, agent, or representative of ExecOpsNC.
If the selected dealer refuses the shipment, cannot legally receive or transfer the firearm, does not provide valid license information, or cannot complete the transfer for any other reason, the purchaser may be responsible for additional shipping, return, cancellation, or restocking expenses.
No Onsite Pickup or Transfer
ExecOpsNC does not offer onsite firearm pickups, customer transfers, or public appointments at its licensed premises.
Firearms purchased through ExecOpsNC must be shipped to another qualified Federal Firearms License holder for transfer to the purchaser.
Customers should not travel to or attempt to pick up an order from the ExecOpsNC licensed premises.
Receiving Dealer License Information
Firearm orders will not ship until ExecOpsNC receives and verifies the receiving dealer’s current Federal Firearms License.
The receiving dealer may submit a signed copy of its license directly to ExecOpsNC. License information must identify the purchaser or order number so it can be matched to the correct order.
Submission information will be provided with the order confirmation or through direct communication with ExecOpsNC.
A firearm will be shipped only to the address listed on the receiving dealer’s verified license unless otherwise permitted by law and approved by ExecOpsNC.
Delays in receiving or verifying dealer information may delay shipment.
Firearm Availability
Firearm inventory and distributor availability can change quickly.
Products displayed online may represent:
Firearms currently held in ExecOpsNC inventory.
Firearms available through an authorized distributor.
Firearms that may be sourced or ordered upon request.
An order acknowledgment does not guarantee availability. A firearm may become unavailable before the order is processed or fulfilled.
When an ordered firearm is unavailable, ExecOpsNC may offer an estimated fulfillment timeframe, a comparable alternative, a special-order option, or cancellation and refund of the unavailable item.
ExecOpsNC does not guarantee distributor inventory, manufacturer production schedules, allocation availability, or future delivery dates.
Product Information and Images
ExecOpsNC makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate firearm descriptions, specifications, model numbers, manufacturer numbers, UPCs, photographs, and compatibility information.
Manufacturer photographs may be representative and may not display the exact firearm configuration included with the order. Manufacturers may also make running changes to finishes, accessories, packaging, magazines, components, or specifications without notice.
The purchaser is responsible for reviewing the firearm’s manufacturer number, UPC, model, caliber or gauge, barrel length, capacity, finish, included accessories, and other specifications before ordering.
Contact ExecOpsNC before placing an order if clarification is needed regarding a particular firearm or configuration.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice based on manufacturer pricing, distributor costs, availability, market conditions, and promotional terms.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed or shipped.
ExecOpsNC may request additional information to verify the purchaser’s identity, billing information, receiving dealer, or transaction. Orders may be delayed or canceled when information cannot be verified.
The purchaser is responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping charges, receiving-dealer fees, permit fees, background-check fees, and other charges associated with the purchase and transfer.
Order Review
Firearm orders may be manually reviewed before fulfillment.
ExecOpsNC may contact the purchaser or receiving dealer to verify:
Purchaser information.
Billing information.
Shipping and dealer information.
Firearm legality or compatibility.
Dealer willingness to accept the shipment.
Any apparent discrepancy involving the order.
Failure to provide requested information may result in shipment delays or order cancellation.
Shipping
Firearms are shipped only to a verified Federal Firearms License holder.
Shipping methods and carriers are selected based on the firearm type, destination, carrier policies, legal requirements, insurance needs, cost, and service availability.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier operations, distributor processing, license verification, legal review, manufacturer availability, or other circumstances outside the control of ExecOpsNC.
An adult signature may be required at delivery. The receiving dealer is responsible for being available to accept and secure the shipment.
Firearm packages will not be knowingly redirected to an unlicensed residential or business address.
Shipping Damage or Missing Packages
The receiving dealer should examine the exterior shipping package for visible loss or damage before accepting delivery.
Any apparent carrier damage, missing package, incorrect delivery, or shipment discrepancy should be reported to ExecOpsNC immediately.
The purchaser and receiving dealer should retain all packaging, shipping labels, and documentation until any damage, loss, or shipment discrepancy has been resolved. A firearm involved in a shipping claim should not be fired, transferred, repaired, or returned until ExecOpsNC and the carrier have reviewed the issue.
Carrier investigations and insurance claims may require photographs, written statements, packaging, dealer cooperation, and additional documentation.
Inspection Before Transfer
The purchaser must carefully inspect the firearm at the receiving dealer before completing the transfer.
The purchaser should confirm that the manufacturer, model, caliber or gauge, configuration, finish, and included accessories match the order and that the firearm does not show visible shipping damage.
If the firearm is incorrect, visibly damaged, or materially different from the item ordered, the purchaser should not complete the transfer. The receiving dealer should retain the firearm, and the purchaser or dealer should contact ExecOpsNC promptly so the issue can be reviewed and return or replacement arrangements can be made.
All packaging, shipping labels, and documentation should be retained until the issue is resolved. A firearm returned without authorization may be refused.
Once the purchaser completes the transfer, the firearm is considered accepted in its delivered condition. Any later defect, warranty, repair, recall, or service issue will generally be handled through the manufacturer.
Returns After Transfer
Firearm sales are final once the firearm has been transferred to the purchaser.
After transfer, a firearm cannot ordinarily be returned to ExecOpsNC as a standard retail return.
Any firearm sent back after transfer must be handled in compliance with applicable law and may require shipment through or return to a Federal Firearms License holder.
Manufacturer defects, warranty claims, repairs, recalls, or service issues are generally handled through the firearm manufacturer under the manufacturer’s warranty and service procedures.
ExecOpsNC may assist the purchaser with locating appropriate manufacturer contact information but does not guarantee the manufacturer’s warranty decision, repair timeframe, replacement decision, or other remedy.
Background-Check Delays
A background-check delay does not cancel the order or entitle the purchaser to an immediate refund.
The purchaser and receiving dealer must follow all applicable laws and procedures governing delayed transactions.
ExecOpsNC does not control background-check processing, response times, appeal procedures, waiting periods, or the receiving dealer’s transfer policies.
Storage fees charged by the receiving dealer during a delay are the purchaser’s responsibility.
Denied or Prohibited Transfers
If the purchaser is denied, prohibited from receiving the firearm, fails to satisfy the receiving dealer’s requirements, or cannot legally complete the transfer, the firearm remains with the receiving dealer until lawful return arrangements are made.
The firearm will not be released to another person selected by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for contacting the appropriate agency regarding the reason for a denial and any available challenge or appeal process.
When a firearm must be returned because the purchaser cannot complete the transfer, the purchaser may be responsible for:
Original shipping charges.
Return shipping charges.
Insurance charges.
Receiving-dealer charges.
Distributor or manufacturer return charges.
A cancellation or restocking fee of up to 15% of the firearm purchase price.
Any nonrefundable costs incurred in connection with the transaction.
Any refund will be issued only after the firearm has been lawfully returned, received, inspected, and accepted by ExecOpsNC or the originating distributor.
Failure to Take Possession
The purchaser must complete the transfer within the timeframe required by the receiving dealer.
If the purchaser fails to complete the transfer, abandons the order, refuses to communicate, or fails to take lawful possession of the firearm, the order may be treated as a failed transfer.
The purchaser may be responsible for storage charges imposed by the receiving dealer, return shipping, insurance, cancellation charges, restocking fees, and other costs incurred.
ExecOpsNC is not responsible for a firearm that is considered abandoned under a receiving dealer’s policies or applicable law.
Cancellations
Firearm orders should be reviewed carefully before being placed.
A cancellation request is not effective until it has been acknowledged and approved by ExecOpsNC.
An order may not be cancelable after the firearm has been ordered from a distributor, allocated, prepared for shipment, entered into required records, or shipped.
Approved cancellations may be subject to a cancellation or restocking fee of up to 15%, together with any nonrefundable distributor, payment-processing, special-order, shipping, or administrative costs incurred.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable once the shipment has been tendered to a carrier.
Special-order, allocated, limited-availability, customized, or distributor-direct firearms may be noncancelable and nonrefundable once ordered.
Special Orders
Special-order firearms are obtained specifically for the purchaser and may require full payment or a nonrefundable deposit before the order is placed.
Estimated availability and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Once a special order has been submitted to a distributor or manufacturer, it may not be cancelable. If cancellation is permitted, applicable distributor charges, shipping costs, payment-processing expenses, and a cancellation or restocking fee may be deducted from any refund.
A delay by a manufacturer or distributor does not automatically make a special order cancelable unless ExecOpsNC agrees otherwise in writing.
Restricted Firearms and Jurisdictions
ExecOpsNC will not knowingly ship a firearm to a jurisdiction where the firearm is prohibited or where shipment or transfer would violate applicable law.
Firearm restrictions may involve:
Firearm type.
Model or configuration.
Barrel length.
Magazine capacity.
Features or attachments.
Purchaser age or residency.
Permits, licenses, registrations, or waiting periods.
State or locally maintained approved-firearm rosters.
Other state or local restrictions.
The purchaser and receiving dealer are responsible for confirming that the firearm and all included components are legal at the destination before the order is placed.
Website availability does not mean that a firearm is legal in every jurisdiction.
Orders may be canceled when ExecOpsNC or the receiving dealer determines that the firearm cannot be lawfully shipped or transferred. Applicable cancellation, restocking, shipping, or return charges may be deducted when the purchaser ordered a firearm that cannot lawfully be transferred in the purchaser’s jurisdiction.
Magazine and Accessory Restrictions
A firearm may include magazines or accessories that are restricted in certain jurisdictions.
ExecOpsNC may remove, substitute, modify, or decline to ship a restricted magazine or accessory when legally permitted and operationally practical. Removal of a restricted component does not necessarily reduce the firearm’s purchase price.
ExecOpsNC is not obligated to alter a manufacturer-packaged firearm or substitute compliant components.
When a firearm cannot be shipped in its original configuration, the order may be canceled and applicable charges may apply.
Actual Purchaser Requirement
The person placing the order must be the actual purchaser and intended recipient of the firearm. ExecOpsNC will not process firearm orders placed on behalf of another person.
Orders suspected of involving a straw purchase, unlawful diversion, identity misuse, false information, fraud, or other illegal activity will be refused or canceled and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Fraud Prevention
ExecOpsNC reserves the right to verify the purchaser’s identity, billing information, shipping information, receiving dealer, payment authorization, and other transaction details.
Orders may be delayed or canceled when:
Billing information cannot be verified.
A transaction is identified as unusually high risk.
The purchaser refuses to provide requested verification.
The payment method appears unauthorized.
The purchaser or dealer information is inconsistent.
Fraud or unlawful activity is suspected.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
Refund processing may not begin until a firearm has been lawfully returned and inspected.
Original shipping charges, return shipping, receiving-dealer fees, special-order costs, distributor fees, payment-processing expenses, cancellation fees, and restocking fees may be nonrefundable or deducted from the refund when permitted by law.
Bank and card-processing timelines are outside the control of ExecOpsNC.
Changes in Law or Policy
Firearm laws, carrier requirements, distributor policies, manufacturer restrictions, and payment-processing rules may change.
ExecOpsNC may modify, suspend, or cancel an order when necessary to comply with a legal requirement or a material policy change affecting the transaction.
This Firearm Sales Policy may be updated periodically. The version in effect when an order is placed will generally govern the transaction, except where a later legal requirement must be applied.
Customer Responsibility
The purchaser is responsible for understanding and complying with all laws that apply to the purchase, receipt, possession, transportation, storage, and use of a firearm.
ExecOpsNC does not provide legal advice. Product information and customer assistance are provided for general informational purposes and do not replace advice from a qualified attorney, government agency, or receiving dealer familiar with the purchaser’s jurisdiction.
