FIREARM PURCHASE NOTICE

This firearm must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License holder for transfer. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to the purchaser.

The purchaser is responsible for selecting or arranging a receiving dealer and for confirming the dealer’s transfer fee and willingness to accept the firearm. The receiving dealer must provide a current signed copy of its Federal Firearms License before shipment.

The person purchasing the firearm must be the actual purchaser.ExecOpsNC does not accept firearm orders intended for transfer to another person.

The receiving dealer will complete all required identification, eligibility, background-check, and transfer procedures before releasing the firearm. The purchaser must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Orders cannot be transferred to anyone prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms. Orders that cannot legally be completed may be subject to cancellation fees, return shipping charges, receiving-dealer fees, or other nonrefundable expenses.

Firearm sales are final after transfer. The firearm should be inspected at the receiving dealer before the transfer is completed. Manufacturer warranty concerns discovered after transfer must generally be handled through the manufacturer.
