The Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 2.0 combines the compact dimensions of an everyday-carry pistol with improved ergonomics, practical capacity, and an included Viridian RFX1 green-dot optic.
Chambered in .380 Auto, the Bodyguard 2.0 features a slim polymer frame, an 18-degree grip angle, aggressive grip texturing, and a flat-face striker-fired trigger. Front and rear slide serrations provide additional gripping surfaces for operating the slide.
The factory-mounted Viridian RFX1 features a 3 MOA green dot, automatic brightness adjustment, and INSTANT-ON activation that powers the optic when movement is detected. Its compact aluminum housing maintains the pistol’s low-profile carry configuration.
A bright-dot front sight with a tritium insert provides a usable sighting system in addition to the optic. The stainless-steel barrel and slide have Smith & Wesson’s corrosion-resistant Armornite finish.
This model does not have an external thumb safety. It includes one 10-round magazine and one extended 12-round magazine.
